One-on-one instruction in a professional environment

Dedicated to your instrument and interests. Instructors will create a tailored lesson schedule based on your personality and learning style. In the first lesson, we discuss your interests, influences, and goals and create a strategy and timeline for execution. For younger students, we focus on building a foundation in a fun, engaging atmosphere. Private instruction at iAM MUSIC is lively, interactive, and insightful. Technique in the service of style, with a focus on every student’s individual needs; no two lessons are alike. Private lessons are billed monthly and are subject to instructor and studio availability.

Weekly private lessons will be scheduled based on the availability of the instructor. If a student needs to cancel a lesson, they must do so within 48hrs or they will be charged. If they cancel prior to 48hrs then a makeup lesson will be provided within 1 month of the canceled lesson. If the student’s preferred instructor is unavailable for a makeup lesson, another instructor will be assigned until the preferred instructor is available. Alternatively, the student can receive a refund credited to their account if the lesson can not be rescheduled within 1 month with any iAM MUSIC instructor.

Nobody should be prevented from playing an instrument because they can’t afford one! This is why at iAM MUSIC, we offer free instrument rentals for students and do everything we can to get the right instrument into each student’s hands.

We try our best to offer financial support to students in need.

If your financial circumstances are preventing you or your children from access to musical education opportunities and from joining the iAM MUSIC family, please apply for a scholarship below!

The "Fine Print"

Lesson Credit Expiration

If you have prepaid for lessons at iAM MUSIC, the lessons need to be used within 1 year of purchase. If they are not used within 1 year of purchase or a refund has not been requested, the lesson credits will expire and no longer be eligible for use or refund.

Discontinuation of Lessons

iAM MUSIC reserves the right to discontinue lessons if the student has an unpaid lesson balance past due of 90 days. If the student becomes current with lesson payments, we will consider rescheduling lessons based on availability, however the student will not be guaranteed their preferred teacher and lesson time.

Late Fees for Lesson Payments

A 10% late fee will be automatically charged for lessons that are overdue for 15 days.
