The Vibe
When you arrive at iAM MUSIC Fest, something shifts. The music fills the air, the energy of the crowd builds, and suddenly you’re part of something bigger than just a concert.
It feels like community — a place where artists, students, families, and music lovers come together to celebrate creativity and connection.
For three days in downtown Durango, music is everywhere. Conversations spark between strangers, friendships form quickly, and the shared love of live music brings people together in a way that feels natural and effortless.
The stages pulse with energy, dancers appear out of nowhere, and the whole town seems to move to the rhythm. The spirit of creativity and collaboration is contagious — and by the end of the weekend, you don’t just feel entertained… you feel inspired.
We care deeply about this community. We gather, dance, and celebrate with intention — knowing the energy we create together at iAM MUSIC Fest ripples far beyond a single weekend.
Every note played and every ticket purchased helps support music education, scholarships, and opportunities for the next generation of artists.
FIND YOUR SOUND. FIND YOUR COMMUNITY.
Everyone is welcome to be part of this vibrant celebration of music, creativity, and connection in the heart of Durango.

From handcrafted goods and original artwork to delicious local eats, our vendors add even more flavor and creativity to the iAM MUSIC Fest experience. We’ll have two food vendors on site both Friday and Saturday, plus the added bonus of being located in downtown Durango, where dozens of great local restaurants are just steps away.

Hotels & Camping
Because iAM MUSIC Fest takes place in downtown Durango, there are many great lodging options within walking distance of the festival. Visitors will find a wide range of hotels, motels, vacation rentals, and boutique inns throughout the downtown area and along the Animas River — making it easy to stay close to the music and the heart of the action.
For those looking for a more adventurous stay, Durango is surrounded by San Juan National Forest, where both designated campgrounds and dispersed camping opportunities exist. However, weather in Southwest Colorado during this time of year can be unpredictable, and some forest roads and camping areas may not yet be accessible depending on conditions.
If you are planning to camp on National Forest lands, we strongly recommend checking current conditions and availability with the local U.S. Forest Service before making plans.
