    Front Desk

    Front desk volunteers are in charge of checking people in, giving out wristbands, and selling day of show tickets. Volunteers will need to be familiar with CheckInEra, Square, and iAM Music and the Fest - which will be briefed prior to the shift.

    Merch

    Merch Volunteers Will be in charge of selling iAM Music and artist Merchandise. Volunteers will need to be familiar with Square and iAM Music and the Fest - which will be briefed prior to the show.

    Set Up

    Set Up volunteers will assist in general fest preparation tasks such as bringing supplies from the school to the venue, setting up the front desk, tables, merch, banners, along with other tasks to get the show ready to go … Volunteers will be given direction on the day of the show on their specific tasks.

    Tear Down

    Tear Down Volunteers will assist in taking down the fest - Breaking down tables, pop-ups, mech and front desk, loading coolers, equipment, supplies, etc into iAM Music staff cars or back to the school. The goal is to leave no trace so pick up any trash you see at the end of the show! Volunteers will be given direction on the day of the show on their specific tasks.
