Jason Lemon

Jason Lemon grew up surrounded by music and guitars, but it wasn’t until the age of 18 that his passion for the instrument truly took hold.

While attending CPCC for Culinary Arts, Jason began studying at The Guitar Workshop in Charlotte, North Carolina. There, he developed a strong foundation in music theory and harmony and discovered the joy of learning through collaboration and open jams with friends.

Though he initially pursued a career as a pastry chef, Jason continued to form and join bands across the country, performing with The Benjamin Circle in Charlotte, The Delray’s in Washington, D.C., and Black Sabbado in Telluride, Colorado.

Now based in Durango, Jason performs and records with The Quarks, a dynamic instrumental quartet known for their funky, soul-driven sound.
