Bio
Jacob Nalle is a musician, guitarist, singer-songwriter, and producer based in Durango, Colorado. Originally from Texas, Jacob began playing music at the age of nine. After years of dedicated guitar study, he started performing professionally in 2014—both as a solo artist and with various bands around his hometown of Lubbock.
He went on to earn a Bachelor of Performance in Jazz Guitar from Texas Tech University in 2024, becoming the first student in the school’s history to receive that degree. Throughout his career, Jacob has performed in a variety of musical settings, including solo performances, original bands, jazz big bands, and orchestras.
As a composer, he has written and arranged music across genres—from jazz and pop to chamber and orchestral works. His newest project blends his original songwriting with funk-inspired grooves and improvisational exploration.
